EXCLUSIVE DESIGN
All villa designs can be unique, exclusive and customised to your requirements. They are designed to provide comfort, luxury and quality in accordance with the demands of modern living. This service will cost no more than a villa of the same size from our standard range: In general, the cost of a villa is determined by its size in square metres.

BANK GUARANTEE
A unique facility This very special facility protects you from the risks inherent in acquiring foreign property, by guaranteeing your payments. In reality the risks these days are very small - however, there’s nothing like having peace of mind, which is why we make this facility available.

SOLICITORS
We are happy to work with your solicitor - preferably a local one, in transacting the purchase.

PRICE GUARANTEE
All prices are quoted in Euros and inclusive of IVA purchase taxes. This price is fixed from the moment a deposit is placed and for the duration of the contract. Contracts are in Spanish with a foreign language translation.

AFTER SALES SERVICE
Facilities include rentals, garden maintenance, property maintenance, looking after your property in your absence and providing discounted hire car, hotel reservations and flight booking facilities.

VIEWING TRIPS
We hope that you will want to visit our company in due course.
For your convenience, we operate 2 to 4 day viewing tours to Moraira. Tours and travel dates are tailored to suit your schedule. The price of the trip is around £150/person.
